• The 2025 Emerald Invitational is limited to 35 vehicles made in 1974 and prior 

• You may enter more than one qualified vehicle to increase your chance of acceptance, under a single refundable deposit of $1000 towards your $9500 registration fee

• Registration fee includes hotels, meals, entrance to all activities, participant gifts, parking, overnight security, luggage transportation, and mechanical & towing support for 2 participants in 1 car sharing 1 hotel room

• A very limited number of supplemental single rooms are available for an additional $2800 fee for driver/co-driver pairs who require separate rooms

• Registrants will be notified of acceptance or waitlisted status no later than Friday, March 21, with waitlisted registrants receiving a full refund of their deposit

• Accepted registrants will be billed for the remainder of their registration fees, including supplemental rooming fees if applicable, within 7 days of acceptance
